Our customized and innovatively researched Strength and Stamina class is a Boot Camp style training lead by our certified staff, like no other! Come join our community experience. First class is free, what do you have to lose?
The class is a TBC Certified Instructor led, high-intensity 60-minute workout that combines a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises with cardio bursts to build both, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, pushing participants to their limits through challenging intervals and demanding exercises, often including plyometrics, agility drills, and core work, all designed to improve overall fitness level and cardiovascular capacity.
This class burns 500 calories, is certified staff led in a socially motivating group environment, comes with free expert advice on meal planning, exercise form checks for safety, modified to each individual based on their fitness level, and you never have to plan a workout or repeat the same one again!
This class is for all fitness levels.
Advanced or beginner.
Anyone wanting a customized class each time. We don't run templates like most boot camp franchises.

Significant emphasis will be placed on elevating heart rate with various cardio exercises like running, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, box jumps, agility drills, and so much more!
Our instructors are nice for 2 weeks allowing you to adapt to the class. After two weeks? They will start motivating you to challenge your limits and help you get to your new fitness goal!
The class is modified in real time to fit individual fitness levels by adjusting exercise intensity, weight, and providing alternative movement options. We tailor each class and make adjustments on an individual basis. We modify this for strength and cardio capability!
The class will alternate between high-intensity bursts of exercise (like sprints, burpees, jump squats) and periods of active recovery (like walking or light jogging) to maximize calorie burning and stimulate muscle growth.
All major muscle groups will be targeted through a combination of bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, lunges), free weights, resistance bands, and potentially outdoor terrain. We always incorporate free weights into each class!
Our certified staff have a superior delivery of quality. Our staff pledges to help provide motivation, encouragement, empowerment, and support to any community member to push through challenging exercises. We've built our reputations on being community focused.

Okay so maybe not a handstand push-up but if that's your goal, we can get you there! Here's reality:
Dynamic warm-ups to prepare muscles for exercises in a social community environment.
High-intensity interval training circuits incorporating strength exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, rows, and planks with form checks for safety.
Cardio bursts like running, jumping, jump ropes, box jumps, agility ladder and more with motivating likeminded people.
Core & muscle strengthening exercises like leg raises, Russian twists, bird dogs, oblique planks, dumbbell movements, free weights, and often machines circuits!
Cool-down with static stretching, light walking, while celebrating the win of getting hitting it hard!
