Cancellation Policy

TBC WELLNESS CENTER may suspend or terminate my Membership at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, for non-payment of Membership Fees or for violation of any of TBC Wellness Center policies and procedures by said primary member or secondary member, and that in so doing, TBC Wellness Center assumes no further liability to adhere to the terms of this Agreement. 

All Primary and Secondary Memberships of TBC Wellness Center L and payments are due upon the invoicing date. ACH and Automatic Draft Transfers will not be cancelled without a zero (0) day written notice, either by certified mail, hand-delivery to the management of TBC WELLNESS CENTER, or by electronic means through our gym management software where the member has an account.

It is the member's responsibility to cancel memberships. Phone calls, voicemails, and text communications are not accepted as cancellation notices. Every cancellation must be in writing in alignment with the terms listed within this agreement. No exceptions.

All membership cancellations must be cancelled by the Primary Member. All Primary & Secondary Members will receive a key fob and/or electronic Bluetooth token upon initiating this agreement. Primary & Secondary members must return all key fobs upon cancellation of this agreement. Any key fobs not returned to TBC Wellness Center will incur a $10 fee to be paid immediately by the Primary and/or Secondary Member. Electronic Bluetooth tokens will expire and will not need to be returned.
