Our Certified Personal Training

    

Our certified personal training session is a 60-minute session with one-on-one workout with a certified personal trainer where a   customized exercise program is designed specifically for your fitness goals.  The program is tailored to each person with our highly experienced and certified personal trainers. 


Each personal training session takes into account your current fitness level, health history, and any limitations, while providing instruction on:

  • Individualized & tailored programs
  • Exercise modifications
  • Injury Prevention methods
  • Proper form adjustments
  • Motivation & mindset 
  • Accountability & Self-discipline 
  • Strength & Cardio
  • Coaching Moments to push you to your limits


Our Programs

 We aim to help you achieve your desired results; including   an initial assessment to establish a baseline, followed by a tailored workout routine that may involve a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility exercises, all guided by the trainer throughout the session.


 What a typical session might include:

  • Warm-up exercises to prepare your body for activity.


  • Cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or cycling.


  • Resistance training with weights or bodyweight exercises.


  • Flexibility exercises like stretching to improve range of motion.


  • Cool-down activities to help your body recover.


This class is certified instructor lead, and the programing is unique to TBC and the individual. 

Our Facilities

   Key points about a personal training session:

  • Personalized approach: The trainer will create a        unique workout plan based on your individual needs and goals. 


  • Fitness assessment: An initial evaluation to        assess your current fitness level, including body composition, strength, flexibility, and movement patterns. 


  • Goal setting: Discussing your desired        outcomes, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved cardiovascular health, or enhanced athletic performance. 
  • Proper technique instruction: Guidance on correct form to maximize results and prevent injuries. 
  • Motivation and accountability: Support        and encouragement throughout the session to help you push your limits and stay on track. 
  • Progress tracking: Monitoring your progress        over time to adjust the program as needed.
