In our certified personal training sessions, we are focused on prevention, post-recovery and post rehabilitation after a full medical release, or work with a sick care physician that has prescribed the additional activity outside of physical therapy. The sooner you start strengthening the part that was injured or begin looking at improving health illness conditions, it gives you the best opportunity in regaining the most of your original quality of life, function, and mobility.
What personal trainers don't do is diagnosis any of these medical conditions, treat diseases, provide medical intervention, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions or illness, or diagnose disease that would require a sick care medical professional.
Before beginning any type of exercise program, you may want to check with your sick care physicians to see if they approve. They may not want you to be healthy or improve your conditions.
